But, may i know how the new order do harm to treasury department and
staff..??
We used to make payment vide POC earlier...
Later it was changed as the SDO's were compelled to start TSB and to merge
their
salary to those accounts and draw it through cheque..
Means, Treasury Staff has to make double effort (First to Pass the Bill and
then
to Pass the SB cheque) for paying salary of an officer...!!!
Now the foolishness is withdrawn and the old system is re-established,
that's all,
na..???
How it do harm to Treasury Staff..??
Was we doing harm to ourself before the introduction of the TSB System..??
Moreover, what all facilities shall we provide to the state employees if
they are
ready to draw salary through TSB..???
1. shall we ensure them the withdrawal of their money from any treasury..??
2. Shall we enable them to take needed money from their account whenever &
wherever they are..??
3. Shall we provide them facilities like Credit Card purchase, ATM, Cheque
guarantee, loan etc..??
i prefer crediting salary to bank account, to collect it in cash from
office
establishment, B'coz..
a. it enables me to get my salary on the first day itself, evenif i'm on
leave.
b. it saves my time of collecting money from office & remitting myself at
bank.
c. even our class IV officers are saved from the risk of carrying raw cash
from
bank to treasury (No matter with treasuries in urban area & city, but think
about
treasuries like rajakumary)
Do anyone think we can resist the entry of Advance Technology &
Developments and
ensure the Treasury work..???
if it was possible, we would be able to work with gigantic ledgers and
books, in
place of computers we use today...!!!
Don't mistake my mail as an effort to do harm to the system...
it is just the doubts those came to my mind when i heard the slogans
against the
order..
please explain me, if there is any logical reasons to object the Bank
accounting
system..
